L\u2019obligation vise \u00e0 orienter des capitaux priv\u00e9s vers des entreprises dirig\u00e9es par des femmes et des projets d\u2019infrastructures sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fond\u00e9e en 2008, Enat Bank s\u2019appuie sur une finance inclusive en mati\u00e8re de genre. Les femmes d\u00e9tiennent plus de 60 % des parts de l\u2019entreprise et plus de la moiti\u00e9 des si\u00e8ges au conseil d\u2019administration, et sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es au sein de la haute direction, ce qui en fait un exemple rare d\u2019institution financi\u00e8re soucieuse des questions de genre en Afrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois approuv\u00e9e et cot\u00e9e, l\u2019obligation constituera un financement \u00e0 long terme pour les petites et moyennes entreprises d\u00e9tenues par des femmes, les coop\u00e9ratives, les agro-industries et les projets inclusifs en faveur des femmes, ainsi que pour des projets dans les domaines de l\u2019habitat abordable, des soins de sant\u00e9, de la garde d\u2019enfants et de l\u2019\u00e9ducation. Aster Solomon, pr\u00e9sidente du conseil d\u2019administration de la banque, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que cela ouvrirait de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s pour les femmes entrepreneures, les investisseurs et les communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette initiative s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de la Strat\u00e9gie nationale d\u2019inclusion financi\u00e8re II de l\u2019\u00c9thiopie (2021-2025), qui vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l\u2019\u00e9cart entre les sexes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019acc\u00e8s financier de 19 % \u00e0 10 % d\u2019ici 2025, et est en ad\u00e9quation avec les Objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et au travail d\u00e9cent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">i-Capital Institute PLC assurera la structuration, l\u2019\u00e9laboration du cadre et la participation des parties prenantes, \u00e9tablissant ainsi un mod\u00e8le pour les futurs instruments th\u00e9matiques tels que les obligations sociales, vertes et li\u00e9es \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9.
