La r\u00e9ponse de la coop\u00e9rative \u00e0 une vie de qualit\u00e9 dans la ville est communautaire, autog\u00e9r\u00e9e, \u00e9cologique et abordable pour tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ses origines sont remarquables. Lorsqu\u2019il a voulu vendre le complexe r\u00e9sidentiel d\u2019Ostseeplatz, compos\u00e9 de 277 appartements, l\u2019entreprise municipale de logement WIP a fond\u00e9 une coop\u00e9rative en novembre 2000 et a achet\u00e9 les b\u00e2timents o\u00f9 elle vivait. Elle a enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9nov\u00e9 les appartements, en partie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des subventions de l\u2019\u00c9tat de Berlin. Tous les habitants ont pu y rester, \u00e0 des loyers stables et sans craindre d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La coop\u00e9rative s\u2019est depuis d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e : elle a acquis d\u2019autres biens \u00e0 Friedrichshain, Sch\u00f6neberg, Kreuzberg et Neuk\u00f6lln, certains gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019exercice de droits de pr\u00e9emption, et a construit de nouveaux b\u00e2timents, dont une maison en bois prim\u00e9e \u00e0 Wedding. GLS Bank l\u2019a accompagn\u00e9e tout au long de ce parcours. Aujourd\u2019hui, elle loue environ 700 logements et 50 locaux commerciaux et, gr\u00e2ce au financement de GLS Bank, elle pr\u00e9pare un projet d\u2019habitat participatif sur l\u2019\u00eele de Gartenfeld, \u00e0 Siemensstadt (Spandau).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c Le logement doit \u00eatre abordable.
