Fundada en 1985 por la Iglesia cat\u00f3lica de Uganda para servir a los pobres de las zonas rurales, hoy es uno de los bancos m\u00e1s grandes del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En colaboraci\u00f3n con Proparco y el Centro de Asistencia T\u00e9cnica para la Respuesta a Crisis y Emergencias (CERTAF), respaldado por la Uni\u00f3n Europea, el banco contin\u00faa fortaleciendo su marco de sostenibilidad ambiental, social y de gobernanza (ESG). El objetivo es garantizar que las pr\u00e1cticas empresariales sostenibles sigan siendo el eje de cada decisi\u00f3n de financiaci\u00f3n que adopte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este enfoque define el tipo de apoyo que ofrece el banco a sus clientes.
