The GABV has a small secretariat in place to support its members and works from Triodos Bank’s Head Office in Zeist, The Netherlands.

Currently, we are recruiting and would like to offer the chance to actively contribute to a sustainable society. We regularly employ interns as an integral part of the team, providing a combination of specialist support for our action tracks and communications activity. During the internship, students gain knowledge and experience about sustainable finance and banking subjects as well as communications and administrative skills. Typically interns undertake three key types of task:

• Research; e.g. research projects on financial institutions and sustainable banking, research sustainable banks for potential membership
• Organisational tasks; e.g.– providing administrative support for the annual GABV meeting, co-creating and editing conference materials, and other administrative tasks
• Online media; e.g. develop and maintain content for, and the impact of, social media channels, and updates and improvements to the GABV website
